We have installed mercury separators in the Watauga office. Whenever old silver fillings are removed and replaced with the newer composite (tooth colored) fillings, mercury from the fillings goes into the sewer system. The EPA has recommended that this mercury be captured to protect public health. We are now doing this at Watauga.
